• Over the years, NOK had established facilities outside of Japan to support the growing need in the region.
• NOK had invested in supply chain management system to provide best delivery support to our customers, among which are the kanban and milk-run deliveries. There are 3 main logistics hubs in this region that handles both domestics and export business to other continents, such as Europe and USA.
• On 1st February 2004, NOK set up its oversea sales division in Thailand, known as Asean Oceania Sales Division. This division is responsible to oversee the activities in Asean Oceania region. With sales offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, this sales division is actively serving the customers directly, while having a strong relationship with over 500 distributors/dealers over the region to create a wide-spread network that allows us to be near to all customers.
